Terms of Service

These terms are written in plain language and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before final publication.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of secuvexa.com, the Secuvexa website scanner, reports, professional services and the Secuvexa Mobile app (together, the "Services"), provided by I T Experts Academy Private Limited, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Scanning only with authorisation

You may scan or ask us to test a website, server, app or API only if you own it or have the owner's permission to have it tested. When you tick "I own this website or am authorised to test it", you confirm this is true.

Accessing or testing a computer system without permission may be an offence under Sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you scan systems you are not authorised to test, you are solely responsible, and you agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs that result.

We may refuse, rate-limit or block scans, for example of government, banking or critical-infrastructure systems, or where we suspect misuse. We keep scan logs (including IP address) and may share them with authorities when required by law.

2. What the scanner does

The automated scanner is non-destructive: it sends ordinary web and DNS requests and reads publicly available information. It does not attempt to log in, guess passwords, submit forms or exploit vulnerabilities. Professional services such as audits and VAPT are performed only under a separate written scope and authorisation.

3. No guarantee of security

Scan results describe what was observable at a point in time. An automated scan cannot find every weakness, and a good score does not mean a website, phone or account cannot be compromised. The Secuvexa Mobile app is an extra layer of protection; it does not guarantee that your bank, UPI, WhatsApp or other accounts cannot be misused. You remain responsible for your own systems, passwords, OTPs and decisions.

4. Accounts and the mobile app

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You may use the app only on devices you own or are responsible for. Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Services.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew for the period shown unless cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Reports and intellectual property

You may use, share and print reports for your own business purposes, including with your developer, hosting provider or auditors. The Secuvexa name, logo, website, software and report format belong to us.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system; to send spam; to upload malware; or for anything unlawful under Indian law. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please contact us first at support@secuvexa.com; most issues can be resolved quickly.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
