Are these tools free?
Yes. No sign-up and no limit beyond a fair-use rate limit to protect the service.
Is it safe to check my website?
Yes. The tools make a few ordinary requests and read public DNS records. They never log in, submit forms or try to exploit anything.
Do you store the results?
No. Tool results are shown to you once and are not saved. The full website scan saves a report so you can come back to it.
