Who we help in the UAE

UAE companies trade online across borders, take card payments and send invoices by email to clients in many countries. These are the businesses we work with most:

E-commerce and retail
Shopify, WooCommerce and custom stores taking card payments, where a compromised checkout or a fake look-alike domain costs sales and trust.
Real estate brokers and developers
Websites and portals that collect enquiries, passport copies and Emirates ID details from buyers and tenants.
Clinics and healthcare providers
Appointment and patient-enquiry forms that handle sensitive personal data.
Trading, freight and logistics
Firms that settle large invoices by email. Missing SPF, DKIM and DMARC records make payment-diversion fraud far easier.
Schools and training centres
Admission forms, parent portals and learning platforms with personal data about children and families.
Agencies and web developers
Studios that want an independent security check before handing a site over to a client.

Rules worth knowing in the UAE

Data protection and cybersecurity expectations in the UAE have tightened in recent years. A short, accurate summary:

Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data sets federal rules for processing personal data, including keeping it secure. Companies in financial free zones such as the DIFC have their own data protection law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020).

UAE Cybersecurity Council

The UAE Cabinet approved the Cybersecurity Council in November 2020 to develop the national cybersecurity strategy, support cybercrime legislation and run a National Cyber Incident Response Plan.

Sector and free-zone requirements

Banks, insurers, healthcare providers and suppliers to government may have additional rules from their regulator, health authority or free-zone authority. We can map our findings to the controls your regulator or client asks about, but we do not certify compliance.

This is general information, checked in October 2026, not legal advice. Secuvexa is not a certification body. For a compliance decision, speak to a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction.

Working with a team in India

Our team works on India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), 90 minutes ahead of Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). Your working day and ours overlap almost completely, so calls, testing windows and urgent fixes happen during UAE business hours.

  1. Tell us what you have

Send your website and what worries you through the contact form. We reply within one working day with questions or a quote in AED.

  2. Agree scope in writing

An authorisation letter lists exactly which systems we may test, when, and how. Nothing starts without it.

  3. Test, report, retest

You get a plain-English report with business impact and fixes. Once your developer fixes the issues, we check again.

How we work

No inflated claims. Here is exactly what you can expect when you scan with us or hire us.

  • Non-destructive by design

The free scan makes ordinary web requests, like a browser. No password guessing, no exploits, no form submissions, and nothing on your website is changed.

  • Permission first

You confirm you are authorised before every scan. Manual testing starts only after the scope and testing window are agreed in writing.

  • Plain-English reports

Every finding says what we saw, why it matters to your business and what to change, so your developer can act on it the same day.

  • Careful with your data

Reports sit behind private links that search engines do not index. Contact details such as phone numbers are encrypted at rest, and every page is served over HTTPS. Privacy policy

  • Transparent pricing, secure payments

Prices are published in your currency before you buy. Payments are processed by Razorpay, so we never see or store your card details.

  • Open to scrutiny

Found a weakness in our own systems? We publish a responsible disclosure policy and a security.txt contact.

Questions from UAE businesses

Do you work with companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the free zones?

Yes. All of our work is done remotely, so it does not matter which emirate or free zone your company is in. Testing windows are agreed in writing before any manual work starts.

Are your prices in dirhams?

Yes. Prices on this page are in AED. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If online card payment in AED is not yet available for your order, we send you an invoice instead.

Will an audit make my company PDPL compliant?

No single audit can do that. PDPL compliance covers how you collect, use, share and protect personal data. A security audit helps with one important part: showing that the systems holding that data are reasonably protected, and giving you a list of fixes.

Is the free scan safe to run on a live online store?

Yes. It makes a small number of ordinary web requests, similar to one visitor browsing a few pages. It does not log in, submit forms, place orders or try to exploit anything.

What time zone do you work in?

India Standard Time, which is 90 minutes ahead of the UAE. We schedule calls and testing during UAE business hours.
