Questions
Is Security Watch really free?
Yes. There is no card and no trial period. It is a lighter version of our paid Monitoring: one automatic re-scan a month instead of weekly, a summary instead of every finding, and reminders instead of instant alerts.
What do you store about me?
Your email address, the website you asked us to watch, and when you agreed and confirmed. We do not need your name or phone number. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after about a week.
Will the monthly scan affect my website?
No. It is the same non-destructive check as our free scanner: a small number of ordinary requests, with no logins, form submissions or attack attempts.
Why do I have to confirm by email?
So nobody can sign you up without your knowledge. Until you click the link in the confirmation email we do not scan anything or send anything else.
How do I stop the emails?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click stops all Security Watch emails for that website. No login needed.
